1. Service provider
These terms apply to educational services provided by Lernstudio Celle, Bergstraße 14, 29221 Celle, Germany ([email protected]).
2. Programme agreements
A programme begins when both parties confirm the agreed format, frequency and subject verbally or in writing following an initial consultation. No written contract template is currently required; email confirmation constitutes agreement.
3. Session cancellation
Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will not be charged. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at 50% of the agreed session rate. Sessions cancelled due to verified illness on the day are handled individually.
4. Payment
Invoices are issued monthly or per session as agreed. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date by SEPA bank transfer or cash at the studio. Late payment beyond 30 days may result in suspension of sessions.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
Lernstudio Celle does not guarantee specific academic results, grades or examination outcomes. We provide structured, qualified educational support. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
6. Intellectual property
All materials prepared by our educators and provided to students are for personal educational use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed or sold.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Celle, Germany.
9. Changes
We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance.
