Contact enquiries
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email, optional phone and message content. Used solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Server logs
Standard server log data (IP, browser, pages, timestamp) is retained for 7 days for security and performance monitoring. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies

3. Student and client data
Data collected in connection with tutoring programmes (student name, school year, progress records) is stored securely and shared only with the assigned educator and, for minors, parents or guardians. Retained for the programme duration plus 12 months, then deleted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers. Our EU-based hosting provider acts as a data processor under a written DPA.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your data, the right to object and the right to data portability. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen.
6. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form data is encrypted in transit and stored on EU servers with restricted access.
